How far in advance should I book my rentals?

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during peak seasons (spring, summer, and holidays). Popular items like tents, photo booths, and 360 video booths can book up weeks or even months in advance.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! We provide full delivery, setup, and pickup services. Delivery and/or setup fees vary by location and equipment type, and we’ll confirm these details when you book.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?

Some smaller items may be eligible for customer pickup, but larger rentals (like tents or 360 video booths) require professional delivery and setup to ensure safety and quality.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period ranges from a few hours to one day. If you need the equipment longer, let us know – we offer multi-day and weekend packages.

What happens if it rains during my outdoor event?

Our tents are weather-resistant, but severe conditions (high winds, thunderstorms) may require us to reschedule for safety reasons. We’ll work with you on alternative dates when possible.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before delivery or setup.

Are your 360 video booths and photo booths easy to use?

Absolutely! Our team will set them up and walk you through the process. Most of our booths also have an on-site attendant to assist guests and keep the fun going. Our video 360 booths come with an on-site attendant who will take care of everything for you from start to finish.

Can I customize the photo booth prints or videos?

Yes! We can add custom branding, event names, dates, or graphics to your booth outputs – perfect for weddings, corporate events, and parties.

Do you provide props for photo booths?

Yes. We offer a variety of fun props, backdrops, and décor options. You can also request a custom theme to match your event and we’ll work with you to make sure your event has everything you need and want to create an unforgettable experience.

How much space is needed for a 360 video booth?

Most 360 booths require a minimum area of 8’ x 8’ for safe operation, plus room for guests to line up. We do recommend a larger space if available (ideally 10-12′ or more)

Can I rent decorations without renting other equipment?

Yes! Our décor items can be rented separately, whether you need centerpieces, balloon arches, or themed backdrops.

Do you clean and sanitize your equipment?

Always. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental, with special attention to high-touch surfaces.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance are eligible for a refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to fees.

Can I host an event at a park using your equipment?

Yes, but you’ll need to check with your city or municipality for any necessary permits. We can provide the paperwork you may need for approval.

Do you offer package deals?

Are your tents heated or cooled?

We can provide tent heaters or fans upon request. These are billed separately and should be booked in advance.

Do you require a power source for booths or lighting?

Yes. Most equipment needs access to standard electrical outlets. If you don’t have power nearby, we can arrange for generators.

Can I see the equipment before booking?

Absolutely! Contact us to schedule a visit or request photos/videos of our current inventory.

Do you travel outside of Ottawa or Montreal?

Yes! We service surrounding areas and can travel to other cities for larger events. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Do you offer wedding decorations?

No — we do not provide wedding décor services. The only wedding-related service we offer is our photo booths, which are a fun and memorable addition to receptions and after-parties.
